Assistance with Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Phobias, Social Anxiety, OCD, Hoarding Disorder, Compulsive Buying, symptoms of Trauma, and Depression. This can involve learning skills to regulate emotions, better tolerate distress, and become more accepting of the self and others.
Relationships
Learning to improve the ability to communicate in relationships with family, friends, and co-workers. Managing conflict and anger when interacting with others. Support for DV experiences.
Veteran Support
Supporting veterans to minimise symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, among other difficulties, in an ADF-aware environment.
Grief & Loss
Helping to acknowledge and accept loss resulting from unemployment, illness, and bereavement. Working with difficult emotions and complicated grief.
Palliative Support
Providing psychological support to individuals with a life limiting illness and their families. Working in conjunction with palliative care agencies based on the Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (PEPA).
Personal Change
Helping to create personal change by learning how to break habits, achieve and maintain goals. Learning more about the self through an exploration of personal strengths and psychological orientations. Exploring family background and current experiences. This also extends to changes relating to gender.
